  1. Q: 1. How long does it take to receive my Petigious membership card after application?
    Answer: For onsite application at HOTDOG store @ River Valley, you will receive the membership card immediately on the same day. For online application via Petigious website, membership card will only be received within 5 working days.

  2. Can I enjoy my membership privileges without presentation of Petigious membership card?
    Answer: No. Members must present membership card at all times whether at HOTDOG store @ River Valley or @ the premises of participating merchants to be recognised with exclusive membership privileges.

  3. Q: Would it be possible to request for replacement of membership card if I lose it?
    Answer: Yes. Replacement of membership is possible at $3 processing charge.

  4. WouId I be qualified to be upgraded to Petigious Max membership program if I refer 2 Petigious Plus members?
    Answer: Membership Upgrading Scheme (MUS) only applies to Petigious Plus members. You would only be qualified to be upgraded to Petigious Max membership if you are already a Petigious Plus member and has referred 2 of its members to this membership.

  5. Q: Will my membership details be disclosed to Petigious' participating merchants?
    Answer: Petigious respects and values the privacy of its members. Membership details will not be disclosed to any of our participating merchant without members' consent.


  6. Q: What is the expiry date of Petigious membership card?
    Answer: The expiry date of Petigious membership card is 3 years upon issued. To continue the membership program upon the expiry date, members just need to pay $2 for renewal after every 3 years. Members are advised to refer to the back label of their membership card for information.
